The article titled “Flattening The Curve” On The Coming Wave Of COVID-19 Litigation discusses the impact of COVID-19 on the post-acute care and long term care population, the anticipated second wave of post-COVID-19 litigation and how this will be impacted by the State of New Jersey’s broad immunity for efforts to treat COVID-19 patients and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during the public health emergency and state of emergency.
